The Sutter Health mobile app makes it easy to find information about symptoms and access healthcare options, including doctors, urgent care, hospitals and other healthcare services across Northern California.
Special features include:

• "Find a Doctor" - allows users search for a physician by geography, specialty, gender or language spoken
• “Find a Care Center” – includes urgent care, emergency, imaging centers, outpatient labs and hospitals

• “My Health Online” – Sutter Health’s electronic medical record, where patients may request appointments, view test results, pay bills, and more

This app lists outpatient labs that were shut down long ago. Does not list lab hours.
This app is a very comprehensive patient portal that integrates symptoms, guidance on care destination, and an ability to talk to the provider. It also links the patient health records (past doctor visits, diagnoses, scans, appointments, meds, etc.) into the app providing one-stop shop for the most frequently used aspects of my healthcare. The app is intuitive and extremely helpful in managing everything you have going with Sutter.
There is not much here. I have diabetes and am thinking of leaving PAMF. They spend time on toys like this app but when I go see my Endo they dont have the ability to look at my data and help me. Sad and fed up.
Instead of integrating My Health Online into this app, they merely provide a link that opens another app. Beyond that, there is almost no utility in this app if youre already with Sutter Health.
